As you might have guessed, the 2020 Canto Deo spring concert has been suspended. The length of the virus lock-down is such that I’m doubtful we will be able to plan anything until this crisis is over and we get a green light from the powers that be. Choosing a time when we can resume rehearsals with concert dates and venues is at this time, I think, futile.

Though we are faced with uncertainty, we keep our perspective as faithful people, as we are reminded by Paul the Apostle in Philippians:

“And now dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” Philippians 4:8

With blessings and peace,
