Spring 2024 Update

The Canto Deo Festival and Chamber Choirs will present their spring concerts, Love That Will Not Let Us Go, on May 5, 19 & June 2. We will be exploring the Easter cycle of the liturgical year, this program includes perspectives on Lent, Holy Week and the last supper, the crucifixion, Easter, and Pentecost.  Works by composers such as J.S Bach, Philip Stopford, Olivier Messiaen, and Elaine Hagenberg remind us of God’s love and presence through the many seasons of our lives, a love that will not let us go.

“The concert put me into the right frame of mind to celebrate Christmas! I particularly enjoyed the spiritual content of the music and the excellence of the singers and musicians. I went home feeling very uplifted!”

Lisa S.

“It was divine. Every aspect of the concert was more than I expected. Heavenly! I am also impressed with you to allow us to come in and enjoy this concert for free! I hope my donation was ample enough for the value I received.”

MaryLou G.

“So well done, a variety of music, I enjoyed it immensely! Worshipful, greatly added to our Christmas celebration. I particularly enjoy when the audience joins the choir!”

Tim A.

“True perfection from start to finish. Loved the audience sing-alongs. We had several guests come with us and they all said it was the highlight of their Christmas. We can hardly wait until next year. Thank you”

Paul S.

“We really enjoyed it. We go to the Canto Deo concerts because of the diverse pieces of music they perform. Always a wonderful experience! Everything is very well done and so beautiful.”
